Spearmount System – The Modular Core of Your Staffsmith Staff
The Spearmount system is the foundation of most Staffsmith staffs, designed for ultimate versatility. It allows for tool-free installation and removal of various contact and dragon staff heads – quickly and effortlessly. For extra security, most heads can also be fixed using an M4 x 16mm cylinder head screw. Perfect for performers looking to adapt their gear on the fly.
For 20mmx16mm-18mm tubing. 34g, add´s 1,5cm to the tubing length.
Installation Instructions:
Mount the Spearmount: Slide the Spearmount onto your carbon tubing and tap it into place with a hammer — gently or not so gently, depending on the fit of your tubing.
Drill Through the Guide: With the Spearmount firmly in place, use its holes as a physical guide and drill two holes on opposite sides of the tubing using a 3.5 mm drill bit.
Secure the Spearmount: Insert an M4 x 16 cylinder bolt through the side with the recess and tighten it to fix the Spearmount in place. Optional: You may also secure a head on the opposite side using the corresponding screw.
