Welcome to Staffsmith.eu! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services
Staffsmith GmbH specializes in the production and sale of high-quality juggling equipment made exclusively from TPU using advanced 3D printing technology.

3. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

  • You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Shipping times may vary.

5. Shipping and Returns

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are specified at checkout.

  • Customers have 30 days to return unused and undamaged products in original condition for a refund. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Returns must be requested via email at order@staffsmith.eu with the order number and reason for return.

  • After approval, the item must be securely packaged and returned. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the item shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued.

  • If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Staffsmith GmbH is not responsible for improper use of the products.

Staffsmith GmbH products are not designed as toys within the meaning of the EU Toy Directive. They are intended solely for use by experienced users, performers, and adults in the field of flow arts, juggling, and movement disciplines.
Not suitable for children under 14 years. Use at your own risk. Always ensure a safe environment, proper training, and appropriate protective gear.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Staffsmith GmbH and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.
